Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning

Job Description
The person in this role will report directly to the Director of Strength and Conditioning. This person will assist the Director of Strength and Conditioning in developing strength and conditioning procedures and plans for the Student Athletes within our 17 different sports programs. The Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach is responsible for the physical development and preparation of the teams assigned. This includes the development and coaching of a player's health and performance program that is designed to maximize player talent and readiness over the course of the entire year. This position will work in coordination with other performance staff members to develop an industry leading performance and rehab system for the affiliate team.
The salary range for the Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning is $41,900 - $68,500 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $65,000 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
