The Senior Analyst will analyze business requirements, collaborate with Product Managers, and lead Koerber WMS deployments. Your responsibilities include configuring the system, troubleshooting issues, and providing comprehensive training. Ideal candidates possess extensive experience in WMS applications, SQL, and can communicate technical details to a non-technical audience.
What You'll Do
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Manager to break down projects into actionable tasks.
- Customize and configure Koerber WMS using SQL, Advantage Architect, and Page Editor.
- Lead Koerber WMS deployments at new facilities.
- Troubleshoot system issues, investigate incidents, and implement improvements.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of experience in top-tier WMS applications, preferably Koerber.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and SQL.
- Experience explaining complex technology concepts to diverse audiences.
- 1+ year of experience with Postman or similar tools for reviewing JSON/XML payloads.
