Salary is dependent on experience and the range is $21.84-$34.08/hr. ($45,427 - $70,886 annually).

The Executive Office and Administrative Specialist coordinates administrative, client casework, meeting planning, and clinical program support for the Binger Center for New Americans (BCNA) four law clinics: the Immigration and Human Rights, Detainee Rights, Federal Immigration Litigation and Rural Immigrant Access Clinics. In addition, the BCNA houses an active immigration Outreach and Education program, adjunct professors, student directors, and student attorneys enrolled in the clinical courses offered. The ability to provide outstanding administrative support, remain professional, and remain calm when processing multiple planned and unforeseen requests is critical in this position.
The position requires bilingual fluency in both Spanish and English.
This position is located in the Law Clinics office at the University of Minnesota Law School, on the west bank of the Minneapolis campus, and reports to the Law Clinic Administrator. Must be able to work a 40-hour week. Must be able to work Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-4:30 pm. Remote work one day per week may be possible after six months of employment.
