The Opportunity:

The Roche Support Network group is dedicated to providing exceptional support to customers. They serve as the primary liaison and customer representative throughout the implementation, correlation of Roche solutions, and ongoing clinical application support. Their responsibilities include planning and coordinating implementation, providing customized customer training, and resolving issues that may arise throughout the solution's life cycle. They act as advisors, analyzing customer needs, driving efficiencies, and problem-solving independently. Additionally, they identify opportunities for new system consumables to increase sales revenue. This role requires advanced knowledge, specific training, and certification, with the ability to adapt to complex requirements and engage in marketing or product development initiatives.

The group also takes on project management responsibilities and conducts business process reviews. They are highly knowledgeable in a particular area, system, or equipment related to technologically advanced instruments and scientific applications. Their expertise allows them to provide in-depth on-site advisory support, tailored to meet individual customer needs based on an assessment of their personnel, organizational structure, workflow, and equipment capabilities. They actively contribute to maintaining and improving the quality system, ensuring the achievement of quality objectives through their daily actions. Overall, the Roche Support Network group plays a critical role in delivering industry-defining support and driving customer satisfaction.

Who you are:

  • Associate's degree in Medical Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science or Clinical Laboratory Sciences
  • 3 years of previous experience in a clinical laboratory or IT in a clinical lab environment
  • Ability to learn Roche solutions (i.e. chemistry, immunology, molecular, life sciences, IT solutions), and stay current with industry trends.
  • Effective written/verbal communication skills as well as project management experience
  • Effective customer consultative skills which includes advanced scientific knowledge and analysis, exceptional customer engagement, and fostering of strong customer relationships.
  • Can work as a field based individual contributor with independence and autonomy

This is a remote field based position.

Relocation is not available for this position.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of South Carolina is 63,800 and 118,400. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position is eligible to earn incentive compensation that is calculated and paid in accordance with the applicable Incentive Compensation Plan for the role.
