Your Qualifications To be a good fit for this opportunity, you will have:
  • A bachelors degree.
  • Minimum of three years of marketing experience for the Associate Product Manager position; OR a minimum of three years of medical device product management experience for the Product Manager role.
  • Proven success in sales or technical/tactical marketing.
  • Solid leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team, earn trust, and influence and motivate others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong MS Office Suite skills.
  • Ability to travel and work in the field up to 25%.
The Role Reporting to the Associate Director of Product Management, and whether you join us as an Associate Product Manager or Product Manager, you will focus on several key areas including product development, product delivery, product line management, and marketing strategies (upstream and downstream). You will support both domestic and international product lines. This will involve the commercial requirements for new global product introductions and all aspects of managing your assigned product line(s), including KOL management. You'll serve as a fully active and proficient member of the Product Management Team where, depending on your knowledge and experience, your initial responsibilities could include assisting in developing and implementing new products, working on go-to-market activities, or product line strategies.
