OverviewGlobal Treasury Financial Services (GTFS) supports the digital transformation journey of Microsoft's customers, partners & vendors by providing competitive credit and payment solutions to support revenue growth while managing credit risk. We are a compliance first organization with customer obsession and deal economics focus. We support $120B in trade receivables and $11B in payment solutions per year in global markets. The GTFS Center of Excellence Team is looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager who is passionate about improving customer experiences, designing Microsoft strategy about long-term vision about customer billing experiences and leading changes to policy, process, and technology. You will have the opportunity to work directly with executive leaders with our upstream teams like Sales, Operation, Engineering and Customer Support in company-wide projects. You will partnership with these teams to brainstorm, design and deliver new solutions to support better experiences for Microsoft's partners and customers. ResponsibilitiesPrioritizeLead cross-company projects to support customer experience and improve order to cash cycle.Thought leadership in driving innovative solutions in the 'order to cash' cycle.Represent GTFS team as core team member in cross-functional projects and influence decision making by Executive leaders to drive best customer experiences.Analyze internal or market data to identify opportunities for improvements and drive changes around policy, process or systems as needed. PartnershipPartner closely across GTFS and upstream teams to set up global, scalable, efficient, and compliant process to support Microsoft customers or partners.Advocate for Microsoft customers and partners with upstream teams to fix root causes of their pain points.Build relationships with upstream teams in Microsoft.Provide recommendation to executive leaders for process and technology strategy decision.Project manage key initiatives that touch several teams across Microsoft.Embody our Culture and Values
