Job Description

We are searching for Project Coordinator (Bus Prof) for a 1 yr. contract assignment. The person will be responsible for managing timing and quantity of energy customers energy as well as providing incentives; whether it's through rebates or credits on their bill for all those demand side management products. The EV rebate, an electric vehicle rebates is a demand response. This person will be focused on the operational work for both programs/teams, depending on seasonality and needs. This role is very high volume especially in the summer, June through maybe October.

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Hybrid: Reporting to the office 1 x per week on Fridays after training. (approximately 4-6 months)

Responsibilities

  • Primarily be responsible for residential saver switch and AC Rewards, which is a smart thermostat program.
  • This person would also work indirectly through Salesforce and/or email, with the third-party vendor.
  • Will also be responsible for commercial saver switch work orders; might do both, the responsibility would be supporting saver switch residential, commercial and AC rewards work orders.
  • Will be responsible for ensuring that the customers are eligible for the program that they are signing up for (energy efficiency program or demand response program.)
  • This person will need to ensure that they have the right equipment to participate and then making sure whether the dollars that we're sending or the incentives that were paying are accurate.
  • The person will be working from a shared queue within Salesforce so that the work is spread across the team, working from oldest to newest. There are several dashboards within Salesforce to track progress.
  • The person will be expected to work collaboratively with their team in daily chats to ensure work is efficiently and effectively completed.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 1-3 years of experience with the following:
  • Previous experience working in a very high-volume shared queue environment.
  • Must possess strong attention to detail and analytical skills in addition to strong communication skills.
  • Previous data entry experience. Strong organizational skills.
  • Salesforce, strong proficiency with Microsoft office applications, mainly Excel.
  • There is a system called CRS that the person will use. CRS houses customer information/data. Might also use BlueBeam, a markup tool.
  • The person should be knowledgeable with PDF's, scanning and being able to use email, Team's, etc.
  • Self-driven/motivated since majority of the work will be remote.
  • Must possess a strong work ethic.
