Overview

RTI International seeks a prospect for the Human Resources - Talent Internship within the General & Administrative (G&A) unit.

This internship is a contract position. The employment contract is administered by Greene Resources Powered by Array, RTI's supplemental staffing partner.

The Global Talent Acquisition team partners with internal customers to provide customized, innovative recruitment solutions to attract qualified, viable job candidates who can support individual business unit goals.

The Human Resources - Talent Acquisition intern will support recruitment marketing campaigns, competitive intelligence, and leverage social media to attract candidates.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn how to effectively attract and engage potential candidates
  • Develop skills to create targeted messaging and personalized communications

Responsibilities

  • Execute recruitment marketing strategies to attract and engage top talent across multiple channels including social media, job boards, events, career fairs, and other relevant platforms.
  • Implement and manage digital advertising campaigns to increase visibility of job opportunities and promote RTI's employer brand, utilizing various advertising platforms such as LinkedIn and Google Ads.
  • Using communication and marketing strategies to internally promote talent development offerings at RTI
  • Partner with internal and external creative teams to develop recruitment marketing campaigns marketing collateral, including videos and graphics.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of recruitment events, such as career fairs, industry conferences, virtual events to promote RTI as an employer of choice.

RTI's Internship Program emphasizes experiential and mentored learning experiences, providing students and recent degree recipients an opportunity to apply their academic knowledge and skills in a meaningful and practical way. Additional Information

This hybrid paid internship will take place from June 2024 through August 2024. The internship requires a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week. Hours are flexible during business hours, Monday through Friday.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Undergraduate student, or recent degree recipient majoring in Marketing, Business, Human Resources or related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of leveraging social media
  • Understanding of marketing
