Required Skills
* Educational Background: BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, or equivalent.* Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience.* Team Leader: Demonstrated experience leading teams as technical leader or manager* Team Player: Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative spirit.
* Technical Expertise:
- Can help reduce broad concepts and business strategies into structured projects across multiple product or technology families.
- Proficiency in analog and microwave circuit design and/or baseband digital design.
- Experience with system design
- Demonstrated experience solving complex, high impact design/ development problems
* Simulation Skills: Experience with microwave and/or baseband circuit simulation* Analytical Skills: Self-motivated with excellent analytical skills, capable of tackling complex problems.* Adaptability: Must be flexible, adaptable, and eager to push technical boundaries.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective collaboration.
Additional Desired Skills:* General understanding of Spectrum Analyzer and/or Vector Signal Generator and/or Network Analyzer hardware architectures.* Experience with ADS or equivalent simulation tools, enhancing design capabilities.
* Familiarity with RF/Microwave electronic test and measurement equipment
