Job Overview

We're looking for a Change Management and Communications Partner to support our teams as we undergo dynamic and enterprise-wide change. The change agent in this role will work with leaders across the company to understand the scope of what's being asked of our team members, assess stakeholders, and understand group dynamics. For each change, they'll develop change management and communication plans to encourage successful, long-term change adoption. We're looking for a curious mind who can engage in conversations with people of all types and has experience (and intuition) in using psychology, change strategies and carefully crafted communication to influence behaviors. This role is located in Warroad, MN.

Highlights of your role
    Collaborate with leaders and project teams to develop change management strategies supporting the successful implementation of organizational change initiatives.
  • Use Marvin's change management approach and toolkit to define objectives, stakeholder impacts, and change management plans aligned with project timelines and goals.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews and other information gathering techniques to understand complex change issues and stakeholder needs.
  • Evaluate stakeholder readiness, sources of resistance and cultural or behavioral gaps to address through change and communication strategies.
  • Lead strategic change planning before, during and after key changes to engage stakeholders, activate change champions and ultimately cement new behaviors.
  • Plan and execute communication campaigns (partnering with our internal comms and creative teams as needed) to support change initiatives and foster employee engagement through clear, concise messaging tailored to different audiences and communication channels..
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change management and communication strategies. Monitor progress, gather feedback, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for optimization.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
  • Manage complex problems with ease, find root causes and bring bold solutions forward.
  • Adept at using various research methods to uncover stakeholder perspectives, experiences, pain points, and motivations.
  • Engage effectively with any stakeholder level (senior, director, manager), type (technical, non-technical) and group-size (1:1, small/medium/large groups) both in-person and virtually.
  • Set and drive strategies independently with minimal manager supervision and take ownership of projects end-to-end.
  • Understand how and when to communicate for impact and excel in communicating verbally, in writing, and through strongly crafted presentations.
  • Innate curiosity and willingness to become an expert in Marvin's change management approach.
Also want to make sure you have
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a change management or communications-related role.
  • BA in Communications, Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research and developing insights.
  • Experience leading and supporting change on complex, organization-wide initiatives.
  • Proven track record of leading through influence, building strong relationships.
  • A portfolio or examples of communications you've crafted in support of a large-scale change effort.
  • Change Management Professional certification a plus (or interest in becoming certified)

* Pay range is approximately $60k - $84k for this position.
