***This role will be be temp-to-perm lasting 6-12 months and will be hybrid, with 2-3 days each week in our Mendota Heights Office

Core Duties/Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Conduct stock certificate inventory to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with various departments, client liaisons and vendors to collect stock certificates and update records accordingly
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for audits and regulatory inspections
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve operational efficiency and accuracy

Skills, Capabilities and Attributes

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills, and behaviors:

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, with demonstrated capability in Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to independently provide summary of operational data
  • Team player/open communication

Compensation

  • $22.00 per hour
