National Account Director

Our National Accounts Director's key function isto sell our value proposition to new business opportunities and to provide successful sales and service to new national account headquarters and franchisees. They will manage the entire sales process for value added total oil management, hood & flue cleaning programs and any other new products the company releases.

Travel and Location Requirements

This position can be located anywhere in the continental US with realistic access to a large airport. Travel requirements are at least 60%.

Responsibilities

  • Work independently and within our matrix organization to establish selling strategies and tactics that result in new account business generation within national accounts
  • Establish relationships at multiple levels within corporate organizations - including operations, facilities, engineering, purchasing, risk management and executive and leadership teams
  • Make presentations to national account Executive/C-Level leadership groups
  • Work cohesively with local sales team members on national account sales initiatives
  • Manage sales materials, presentations, contracts & pricing
  • Accountable to accurately forecast new business both monthly and quarterly
  • Document daily activities and sales process in customer relations management (CRM) software
  • Strategic planning - ability to develop and execute strategies to meet company objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required with a focus in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Experience - 6 years of related experience and/or training; prior experience selling to national accounts, competencies in selling value add items
  • Sales - Demonstrated success with entire sales process including prospecting, qualifying, obtaining commitment, negotiating and account maintenance while managing customer expectations
  • Willing to travel at least 60% of the time
