Working Title: Department Administrator
Position Overview:
The Department Administrator serves as the strategic partner to the Department Chair. Dermatology is a Department within the Medical School and consists of 19 faculty members, 8 staff employees, 23 residents and is growing!
This position is based out of Minneapolis, MN and is eligible for hybrid work-from-home and/or on-campus work dependent upon individual performance and organizational need, though some regular on-site work is expected. Because the University of Minnesota is a land-grant institution that serves the state, residing in Minnesota is typically required.
Job Responsibilities:Strategic Partner & Project Management: 25%

Anticipated annual salary range is $100K - $110K, depending on qualifications and experience.
