Duties:

Responsible for crafting, building, and administering cloud-based data and reporting solutions that will serve as the backbone for the enterprise data management and analytics capabilities. Setup and configure Tableau server in multiple environments by using command line interfaces like TabCMD and TabAdmin to mitigate GUI restrictions. Maintain Tableau server and reports for ease of use, high availability, and fault tolerance. Maintain Alteryx server and workflows for ease of use, high availability, and fault tolerance. Monitor Tableau and Alteryx servers to ensure reliability and efficiency. Troubleshoot Tableau and Alteryx logs to complete root cause analysis. Provide break-fix solutions for Tableau and Alteryx content. Develop, maintain and document highly visualized comprehensive dashboards using Tableau Desktop and publish it to Tableau Server to meet business specific challenges. Use REST API and API data pulls from both Tableau and Alteryx to analyze server metadata. Use PostgreSQL and MongoDB respectively to build custom admin views to report Tableau Server usage and server management dashboards for Alteryx Server using Tableau. Train Tableau users in best practices in data access and dashboard design. Integrate the CI/CD pipelines and PIP command line to keep up with the dynamic Python environment. Train developers on multiple tools for data preparation and best practices in data preparation. Document server assets like workflows and workbooks and Macros. Education & Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree in CS, mathematics, engineering or related and three (3) years of experience as a software developer, BI developer, software engineer, technical tester, or related.

Special Skills Required:

Salary

$119,600-$160,800
