Location Information
Saint Therese offers a continuum of care and services available in a person's own home or in one of our four Twin Cities communities: New Hope, Brooklyn Park, Shoreview, and Woodbury.

Responsibilities
The Health Care Administrator (HCA) administers, directs, and coordinates the services and programs for the campus care center. With the goal to achieve the objectives of providing high quality senior housing and health care services to clients. The HCA maintains policies and procedures that actively reinforce our mission, core values and corporate directives and directs strategic and financial planning for the community.

Experience:
Senior living operations and leadership experience, including at least one - two years leading a full-continuum or CCRC campus preferred. New graduates are encouraged to apply as this will be a great learning experience working alongside the Campus Executive Director.
