Provide exceptional service to our internal and external customers with accurate quoting and keying of orders and solving related issues and requests in a timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility - answering phones
Provide interface with customers via phone, e-mail and/or fax communication
Input quotes and orders into business application software
Verify product costs and availability from vendors
Problem solving, order status check
Answering calls
Communicate with outsides Sales Representatives when necessary
An awareness of internal customers regarding processes and procedures
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must be friendly, courteous, and exhibit a positive attitude.
Fluent with use of PC's and software
Possess an aptitude for understanding door schedules and related drawings.
Time management and prioritization skills
Excellent communication skills
Credentials and Experience:
High school diploma or GED
At least 2 years of millwork and/or industry experience.
