Description

We are hiring for a Maintenance Training position. This person will work with experienced maintenance operators and will move into a regular maintenance role as it comes available. The training role will be a combination of day and night hours. The weeks on day shift will be mainly 4 ten hour shifts. The weeks on nights will be 12 hour shifts. Eventually this will lead to a regular night maintenance position with 12 hour shifts 6 PM to 6 AM.

-boiler license preferred, but not required

Pay: starting at $26.35 + $1.20-night differential

-additional pay with each grade boiler license

Schedule:

12 hour shifts. Varied days during training cycle. Will be going to a 6 PM to 6 AM schedule after training complete.

Qualifications Include:

-Mechanical skills -Trouble shooting skills -Plumbing/Welding skills

As well as knowledge in Ammonia Refrigeration, Electrical, & Pneumatic Systems

Physical Job Description:

--Occasionally lift and carry up to 50# -- Frequently bend, stoop, twist and turn

--Frequent use of small hand tools -- Frequently climb stairs and ladders

--Work in a noisy environment with occasional extreme changes in temperature and humidity
