Answer the phone quickly and in a professional manner
Be the first point of contact when customers call in
Provide fast, friendly, and fun customer service to both internal and external customers
Scheduling of service technicians and sales staff
Work closely with service dispatch to coordinate scheduling
Backup for dispatching technicians
Maintain customer database with current information
Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures
Be familiar with our company, products and services so many questions can be answered without consulting others
Prepare service invoices, reports, and timecards for processing
Process warranty parts
Prepare job folders
One year's office experience preferred. Willing to train
Motivated, Efficient, Organized.
Pleasant telephone manner.
Ability to operate simple office equipment sufficiently to perform the job.
