Case Processor:

The PTC Technical Support engineer will focus on providing and documenting solutions and root cause analysis for medium complexity customer issues, using a customer-centered approach. It includes collaboration and coordination with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues quickly. One of the primary responsibilities will be to adhere to the quality and security processes and procedures. The engineer acquires knowledge and experience by shadowing and utilizing various training platforms

Contributor to Knowledge Centric Service

Knowledge-centered service (KCS).

This activity is part of the engineer's workflow and is about creating and sharing knowledge to ensure customer success on the web. In addition to creating and improving articles in the knowledge base, a TSE may have the opportunity to act as Digital Success Engineer (DSE). The Digital Success Engineer

(DSE) role is a rotational role dedicated to optimizing and curating our knowledge base and driving the adoption of our Knowledge Management practices across the organization.

Organizational Contributor

This role provides support to the organization. The activities can include but are not limited to Innovation Lab, Internal Auditor,and Mentor

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 year of professional experience in a computer Science field or 4+ years of related experience on ALM domain
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player. Strong interpersonal and Korean communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
  • Familiarity with basic knowledge of operating systems, networks, Java and databases.
  • Strong Self-Learning Skills: Ability to learning on the fly for different product and modules.
  • Good Communication: Strong interpersonal and Korean communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
  • Korean language is plus
