Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst that is responsible for providing analytical and administrative support to help deliver total rewards packages that are competitive, meet employee needs, and support organizational goals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in meetings with benefit vendors as we discuss and review their performance, reporting and activities and eventually take the lead on some meetings.
  • Actively participate in meetings with our broker as we discuss strategies for plan modifications, compliance requirements and other projects.
  • Maintain the internal compliance calendar to ensure compliance items are submitted. Work with vendors as needed to obtain the required information.
  • Assist with contract review and new vendor set up activities.
  • Review incoming benefit invoices from our vendors and set up for payment.
  • Work closely with Total Rewards team members to review salary survey data, assist with providing compensation guidance for HR and leaders, maintaining compensation structure in Workday and related compensation activities.
  • Lead the internal Wellness Champions team and work to improve engagement in all wellness areas.
  • Take an active role in the management of the 401(k) plan including the annual audit.
  • Help lead Open Enrollment efforts, and prepare content materials.
  • Provide data analytics to support internal decision making or recommendations for change.
  • Ensure company intranet and external Benefit Hub are maintained with current content.

You Must Have:

  • 2+ years of benefit experience
  • Strong ability to work well with all levels of employees and management
  • Ability to effectively take action to solve problems while exhibiting sound judgment
  • Demonstrated proficiency with the standard features of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to work effectively under pressure and deal with multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential material and information in an ethical, professional manner
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills; both written and verbal
  • Excellent decision-making skills


We Would Also Prefer:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Compensation knowledge or experience
  • Workday experience
