Overview:

Egan Company is seeking candidates for a Tool System Administration at our location in Champlin, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for playing an integral role in Egan's daily tool and warehouse operations. In our fast-paced warehouse environment, you'll help troubleshoot and keep day-to-day tasks running smoothly in the tool system, while working alongside your exceptional teammates.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage ToolWatch Tool Tracking System
  • Manage Tool Catalog - Edits and Additions
  • Manage internal ToolWatch billing for tool rental and consumable charges applied to job numbers
  • Manage Tool Tracker for Inactive/Closed jobs with Tools still checked out.
  • Work with PM' to clean-up Inactive/Closed jobs and bill for Lost tools.
  • Submit Monty tool loss billing to accounting.
  • Manage internal ToolWatch billing for tool rental and consumable charges applied to job numbers.
  • Strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and experience dealing effectively with competing priorities.
  • Ability and comfort in communicating with all levels within the company and externally with vendors.
  • Ability to foresee events and anticipate changes in conditions and operations to the greatest extent possible and reacts to these appropriately.
  • Correct Billing Discrepancy's and incorrect data entry.
  • Complete Internal billing and export posted billing to accounting twice per month.
  • Manage tool theft and replacement of stolen tools reports.
  • Provide Assistance to the support operations team with I.T.
Position Requirements:
  • High School diploma required.
  • At least 5 years of previous experience.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to perform standard math calculations (+, -, x).
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to interact and work well with all employees across Egan.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Embraces teamwork and collaborates well with others.
  • Demonstrate professionalism at all times and work under pressure.
  • Ability to use general computer systems including: Google, Excel, Word, and Data Collections experience.

Working Conditions:

  • Performance of duties in the warehouse. Approximately 100% of the time.
    • This includes 30% of the time on the warehouse floor.
    • Time at a desk 70%.
    • Sometimes this may be spent off-site, which could be up to 10%.
  • Egan office, normal operating hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm.
  • An eight-hour work day, thirty-minute lunch break, along with two fifteen-minute breaks morning and afternoon.
