Here's what you'd do:

• For a Medium to Large Site, the IT Manager provides leadership to the IT Solutions team, Systems analysis, design, development, and support for Global Systems (including SFC, ERP, and Integration), and the IT Infrastructures team offers infrastructure services and support.
• Accountable for projects or programs on a multi-functional or national basis, which involves strategic planning, team leadership, system administration, and effective use of technology to support business operations.
• Performs tasks such as overseeing and leading systems analysis, design, development, and support for existing Global IT Systems
• Lead the implementation, customization, and configuration of the ERP system to align with the company's processes and requirements.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and proper access controls within the ERP system.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate upgrades or enhancements.
• Manage and oversee cross-functional projects.
• Collaborate with the company's central IT team to ensure alignment with overall IT standards and practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains through technology.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive organizational innovation.
• Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations and new technology implementations.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs and translate them into ERP solutions.
• Builds close relationships with the functional areas within the site to understand what IT capabilities they need to innovate, grow, improve efficiencies, or address compliance requirements.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of Infor software to manage, optimize, and troubleshoot various Infor modules, including but not limited to Infor ERP, SCM, and Infor EAM.
• Manage and motivate a team of people to a common goal and perform regular people leader activities - reviewing performance, approving team member compensation, and coaching employees in terms of development.
• Oversee budgets and investments for a medium to large site.
• Integrate and manage external service suppliers.
• Perform and support change management activities.
• Provide user training on the ERP system and other IT tools.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $140k - $160k/year base, with opportunity for annual bonus

Hours: Full-time, M-F, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM

Length: Direct, permanent role

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in Information Technology
• Minimum of 7 years' experience working with and negotiating with from shop floor through to senior management and also with customers and suppliers

• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in implementing, configuring and troubleshooting various Information software solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of data analysis and ability to resolve complex process/system problems using financial, analytical and statistical models.
• Knowledge of management methodologies and finance.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good communication (both oral and written) and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of IT requirements for an end-to-end solution, including security, business continuity, disaster recovery, Risk analysis and prepare Business Case
• Good ability to plan projects and tasks.
• Ability to negotiate budgets and plans with business owners and financial controllers.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Broad knowledge of clients IT architecture strategies.
• Understanding of IT Infrastructure & Networking & Application Development Lifecycle.
• Understanding of an electronic manufacturing environment, materials and processes.
• Understanding of SCM and manufacturing processes and ERP applications
