Your Opportunity: Taymark, Inc. (a Taylor Company) is seeking a Variable Data Processor. This position will be responsible for loading product data in the Taymark business software to support Taymark business.

Your Responsibilities:

• Data entry in the business system including products, product attributes, pricing and promotions to ensure presentation to Customers for Web and Phone is easy, accurate and production ready
• Update existing product information and other data as needed
• Work with a large number of products to support multiple lines of business
• Support customer service via internal chat communications
• Work with merchandising, purchasing, marketing and operations team members

Your Shift:

• Hybrid: Tuesday-Thursday in-office

You Must Have:

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Outlook, Word and Teams)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Ability to learn and work with a variety of computer software programs
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment, and manage several tasks / projects at one time

We Would Also Prefer:

• IBM iSeries / AS400 computer system familiarity
• Direct mail, website or catalog driven business experience
• Amazon Seller Central
