The NAM/F&M Global Senior Supply Chain Finance Manager will manage all SC NAM finance activities of the region +$700M of annual cost with +1,000 SC employees, across integrated SC, Manufacturing, logistics and Procurement, and be the SC financial link in the value chain ensuring coordination and cooperation. He/she will also be responsible for the global financial coordination and view of the F&M activity globally.
In this role you will partner closely with regional supply chain leaders to develop and implement strategic objectives for managing the activities of the manufacturing and logistics operations, and be the financial link to the commercial elements of the value chain for NAM and F&M globally. You will be responsible to drive cost productivity, CAPEX, working capital, and fixed asset controls across 14 manufacturing sites and warehouses.

Duties & Responsibilities
Drive variable and base cost productivity initiatives, direct material savings programs,
Inventory revaluations, and standard product costing.
Provides strategic business partnership and thought leadership to the Supply Chain Leadership Team as well as
Drive the development of annual operating plans and monthly estimates, operating rhythms of the manufacturing sites including production volume analysis,
People Management
Lead the closing processes across NAM sites, ensure ledgers are closed in a timely manner,
with accuracy, and in compliance with GAAP and IFRS. Provide detailed variance analysis.
Lead annual physical inventory process across NAM manufacturing sites and warehouses. Provides inventory optimization, cost productivity projects, and fixed asset utilization.
Interpret plant analytics to drive business process improvements.
Ensure controllership and consistency of accounting process across the operations, drive
controllership awareness and processes through operations teams, and ensure finance
compliance.
Support development of supply chain finance policies and procedures.
Partner with product management to identify and drive product profitability actions
Understand factory volume linkage to commercial volume and drive actions to improve
utilizations and planning.
Able to work collaboratively across Commercial, Product Management, Technology and
other disciplines to improve overall financial performance of the company.
Able to work collaboratively across other finance disciplines including Controllership, FP&A
and other business disciplines to drive process improvement, consistency and strong internal
control.

Education & Experience
Required:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or equivalent experience
10+ years successful experience in Finance and 5 years of manufacturing and SC finance
