Accessible Space Inc., a national nonprofit provider of high-quality accessible, affordable housing for individuals with physical disabilities, is seeking an experienced Full Time PropertyCaretakerto perform general upkeep and maintenance forour buildings inSt Cloud, MN and Sartell, MN.

Thisfull timepositionwill be spilt between thetwo buildings.**Two bedroom apartment unit available (not required) on site RENT FREE!!

Your duties will include but are not limited to - minor maintenance (replacing light bulbs, resetting circuit breakers, changing switch/outlet plates, completing routine wall repair and painting, repairing window screens, etc., cleaning common areas of the building, apartment turns and move out inspections, work order request completions, and grounds maintenance.

ASI offers a starting wage of $16 - $17/hour with a Full time benefit package including, medical/dental Insurance, paid time off, life insurance, daily pay, wellness rebates, tuition reimbursement, and cell phone reimbursement.

If youhave at least 18 months or more of related residential or commercial maintenance/cleaning experience, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, are available to complete general work responsibilities during business hours, and can pass a criminal background test. You must also have good attention to detail.
