The Challenge:

Our Supervisors thrive in the retail environment creating an amazing experience for our customers. As the Store Supervisor you will assist the Store Manager with guiding Sales Associates on selling techniques and product knowledge. In this position you will hold keys to the store which allows you the opportunity to open and close the location.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role you will have:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• Previous retail and/or customer service experience.
• Previous inventory experience.
• Strong communication, influencing and time management skills.
• Enjoy being part of a team environment.
• Availability and flexibility to work nights, weekends, store openings and closings, and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
• The ability to safely lift 30 lbs. and can maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom
