Overview:
We are seeking an officer or shareholder-level attorney to join our Bank & Finance Department representing lenders in a wide variety of debt finance transactions, including acquisition financings, corporate credit facilities, and real estate financings, and to assist on a limited basis representing borrowers in finance transactions. The ideal candidate will be seeking a platform to develop and grow their client base while contributing meaningfully to the growth of our current client relationships.

Our Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• 7+ years of related experience
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
• Strong academic background
• J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the State of Minnesota
