We are looking for a collaborative and results-orientated Project Leader to join our team within the Research Development & Innovation (RD&I) organization.  You will be working in an exciting high-visibility role which involves collaborative interaction with management, external customers, operations, IT, quality, supply chain, marketing, finance, sales, service, design engineering, materials engineering, and regulatory affairs. The primary responsibility is to deliver new product introduction projects from scoping through implementation following a stage gate methodology. 
Responsibilities
  • Committed to meeting project delivery and customer expectations
  • Scope development and management
  • Schedule and milestone development and management
  • Resource estimation
  • Product cost development and management
  • Budget development and management
  • Risk and opportunity identification and management
  • Coordinate and lead internal cross functional meetings, directly the work in all phases of assigned projects
  • Proactively recognize and drive complex trade-offs
  • Monitor and help project team members to meet commitments
  • Metric and status reporting
 Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering-related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of project leadership experience
 Preferred Qualifications
  • •        Certified Associated in Project Manager (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)

Profit Sharing
During 2022, each eligible Andersen employee will receive $1,000 for each full fiscal quarter they are actively employed and fully vaccinated against COVID-19. An eligible employee hired during a quarter will receive a prorated payment based on the number of days employed during the quarter. Those eligible include fully-vaccinated regular full-time and part-time employees (at least 20 hours per week) who are not subject to a collective bargaining agreement. These and other terms and conditions of Andersen’s 2022 Profit Sharing Plan, including the definition of full vaccination against COVID-19, are subject to change or termination without notice.
