Location: Elgin, IL
Shift: 2nd shift

Responsibilities:

• Operation of process equipment and others as assigned in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assist others to provide an organized and clean workplace including: all areas of the plant, workstations, equipment, walkways, and locker rooms.
• Possess strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well as a team.
• Ability to self-start yet take orders as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years desired but not a requirement - willing to consider someone with Zero experience if you have the right attitude & are excited about the opportunity.
• Experience and/or background in equipment operations such as molding rubber components, spraying adhesives and grit blasting metals.
• Computer familiarity.
• Good English reading and comprehension skills.
• Must be available for the shift start & end times are 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday
• Candidate must have a strong desire to be a part of a high growth company with a results-oriented culture.
• Ability to move and lift-up to 40 pounds.
• Salary is appx. $45,843/year.

This position is compliant to US government ITAR requirements.
