Job Description

Hiring for 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for finishing production process, understanding and follow standard operation procedures.
  • Understand how to use measurement tools (Calipers, OGP, Micrometer Etc.)
  • Ability to access and understand all work instructions, JSA, SWC Visual defect guide.
  • Basic prints reading and packaging.
  • Maintains proper 5's and housekeeping.
  • Proper inventory control and Scrap Without Compromise use.
  • Escalation procedure.
  • Be able to wrap, packaging all parts.
  • Tumble parts.
  • Cut, weld, installation of spring and O-rings.
  • Stamped etch spring.
  • Notching parts on tabletop notching machine or manual lathe.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of safety standards.
  • Must be proficient in English for safe and efficient performance of job.
  • Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed.
  • Regular and predictable on-site attendance.
  • Must be able to move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue.
  • Constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina.
  • May be required to wear PPE such as: Face Mask, Face Shield, Gloves, etc.

  • Strong organization skills.
  • Basic knowledge of safety standards.
