Job Description

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited to:

  • Order book management.
  • Customer forecasts updates.
  • Increasing revenue by suggestive selling.
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Problem solving.
  • Preparing quotes.
  • Offering technical knowledge.
  • Accurately entering and tracking orders, follow up on shipments and proactively communicate to customer.
  • Working with factories and product planners to expedite deliveries.
  • Handling and solving customer complaints and returned goods, while analyzing root cause and propose preventive actions.
  • Providing pricing and delivery information.
  • Working with field sales to follow up on customer requests.
  • Working with engineers to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Acting as a liaison between customers, sales and factory regarding new, current and future requirements.
  • Digital B2B business (SKF Store, Portals, EDI, C4C SAP, COH IBM and Automated solutions).
