Job Description
Dorsey is seeking a temporary Business Immigration Staff Attorney with 5+ years of employment-based immigration experience to join our Minneapolis or Seattle offices. The attorney hired will assist with the preparation and review of non-immigrant and immigrant visa filings, including all types of nonimmigrant work visa petitions and applications, PERM labor certification applications, EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3 Applications, I-9 and e-Verify advice. Dorsey's immigration attorneys also support and train clients in immigration program management and compliance, and supervise the work of paralegal staff in recordkeeping and document preparation.

The following qualifications are required:
- 5+ years of high volume employment-based immigration practice experience, covering the above mentioned areas of business immigration law
- JD and Minnesota or Washington bar admission, or the ability to be admitted to the Minnesota or Washington bar
- Excellent English writing skills
- Ability to manage substantial case load
- Ability to supervise paralegals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and time-management skills
- Flexibility to meet the demands of our clients
- Excellent team player
- Strong academic background

For Seattle applicants only, the salary range for this position starts at $85,000. Pay is determined based on depth of experience in the practice area.
