WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Business Operations Associate is an integral member of a team who contributes to the development and completion of projects that vary in size and complexity. Your work will directly contribute to the success of the team and help deliver differentiated service to our customers.
* Attend meetings and assist with determination of project requirements
* Analyze existing data and metrics to uncover new customer insights
* Track the progress and quality of project work
* Use project scheduling tools to monitor projects plan, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
* Communicate relevant project information and data insights to leaders and team.

* Students must be 16 by September 2021
* Enrolled in high school in NY State
* Participant in the CareerWise NY Program
* Ability to work 16 hours per week
