The GWC Director - Telesales is accountable for providing leadership and effective management to telesales/call/contact center business operations and for the consistent achievement of outstanding business results.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
*Provide leadership and management for telesales/call center; effectively and efficiently execute on plans, goals, and objectives; consistently achieve planned business results. Focus on sales growth for Florida Blue Medicare line of business
*Provide leadership, support, coaching, operational guidance and direction for Telesales Managers so as to drive objectives and the achievement of planned outcomes
*Drive consumer understanding, member engagement, the consistent delivery of value add products and services and recognition as a "trusted advisor" in all engagement, sales, and service experiences
*Lead and manage in a manner that achieves outstanding business results and is aligned with GuideWell Connect's strategic direction
*Partner with Telesales Leaders and GW Connect leadership to continuously communicate the company's vision and performance expectations while ensuring that Telesales teams are accountable for maintaining a consumer and member centric culture
*Collaboratively drive consumer engagement and member engagement while ensuring the achievement of all business goals
*Serve as a "Brand Ambassador" at all times within the communities served by our clients; continuously develop insights into the needs and perspectives of consumers and collaboratively drive these insights throughout the company for the benefit of the business
*Continuously advance Guidewell Connect as a great place to work - while ensuring employee engagement, employee satisfaction and the development of "bench strength"
*Ensure operational processes and practices are effectively managed so that Telesales operations, programs and standard operation procedures are consistently aligned with established business goals and objectives and compliant with all state and federal governmental guidelines
*Ensure, in collaboration with Human Resources, the development and proactive implementation of consistent sourcing, staffing and training programs and processes for Telesales managers and teams
*Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience
*6+ years' related work experience or equivalent combination of transferable experience and education
*3+ years' direct supervisory/management experience
*3+ years' call center sales experience
