Employer of the Day
All are welcome to attend the Employer of the Day at the Sabathani Community Center.
Moxy, an upscale boutique hotel located in the Uptown area of Minneapolis, is seeking high-energy, creative professionals to work in a fun, stylish environment.
Available full and part time positions include:
Front Desk Agent $12.00/hour plus gratuities. Combination of first and second shift. Handle all guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, requests and changes, and process payments.
Night auditors $15/hour. Shift: 12:30 to 8:30 a.m. Complete end-of-day activities: post charges to accounts, run night audit backup, process all payment types, sell rooms to guests without reservations, process guest check-ins and assign rooms, solve problems and address guests’ service needs.
Maintenance engineer position $14/hour. Second shift. Prefer HVAC experience/certification, but not required. Strong general maintenance skills including plumbing, painting, carpentry, some electrical. English required, bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Must speak, read and write English (bi-lingual speakers are encouraged to apply) and pass background check and drug test. Health and wellness benefits effective the first of the month following 90 days of employment; hotel discounts following 30 days of employment.
