Michelle Wachtel is the Director of Recruiting with the Holter Financial Group. She directs all aspects of recruiting including full-time financial representatives (FRs) and college financial representatives (CFRs) for the network office in downtown Milwaukee. Michelle leads a team of full-time recruiters and recruiting interns while recruiting career changers herself.
