James J. Parks is a partner in the Southfield office of Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss. He is a member of the firm’s litigation group and his national practice including litigation, traditional labor and employment law. Before practicing law, Jim worked as a Federal Agent for the National Labor Relations Board in Los Angeles. Since 1981, Jim has represented clients before myriad State and Federal Courts throughout the United States on various complex litigation matters including: intellectual property rights, international transactions and contracts, bullet resistant armor, Uniform Commercial Code, theft of rare artifacts, probate matters, traditional labor law and employment.
