It's hard to believe, but we're celebrating more than 50 years of marketing problem-solving at QRG. We started in the 1960s with the simple goal of handling print needs better than anyone else. We've grown into a network of eight, interconnected Midwestern marketing hubs that offer clients a single-source, consultative solution across a broad range of marketing needs. Our goal has always been to cut complexities and find efficiencies. Our cutting-edge capabilities and streamlined processes help clients with customized marketing campaigns, brand management challenges, on-demand printing needs, and more. When we meet, our first question will always be, "How can we help you today?"

Recognized for donating time and resources to more than 200 worthwhile causes, QRG believes in giving back to the communities in which its employees live and work. Quality Resource Group started in 1964 as a group of industry professionals believing we could provide greater value to our clients by reducing the administrative and corporate burden that large public corporations required. We would share these savings with our clients, our team and investors. We operate under a simple, yet profound, theme of Common Goals and Shared Success. This model continues to work today, more than 50 years later, and is reflective of our core values!

CARING
To us, caring is much more than hitting the numbers. The metrics we set are to show our clients we care! We believe that their orders and service level expectations are important. In addition to that, the relationships we have with them and our suppliers are important as well. The people we work with daily are more than employees, they are friends and teammates that make our company possible.

PROFESSIONALISM
We continue to hire industry professionals to grow and manage our business. We work with professional organizations and advisors in the supply channel. This includes our CPA, banking, manufacturing, and advisors. It is equally important that we treat our team, clients, and suppliers professionally.

PERSEVERANCE
Our job is not easy! Goals change, people and products change and the majority of what we do is custom. In our business, 99% right is 100% wrong and that is just the product part of our proposition. There is also the selection, performance, storage, distribution, reporting, billing and customer service performance. This means that we need to persevere to find the right solutions and we get the job done!

DOING THE RIGHT THING
Few clients have the same needs and rather than force their requirements to fit what we do, we listen to them and provide the right tools to help them reach their goals. There is an old saying that “if the only tool you have is a hammer, then every solution looks like a nail." Our tool box is filled with the moral, mental and physical tools to do the right thing. The second part of Do the Right Thing is to know what is right morally for all parties involved. Not every circumstance has a policy or rule. We need to use our best judgment to fairly take care of all parties in the transaction including our clients, teammates, suppliers, the company and our community.
