Lehigh Regional Medical Center is an 88-bed facility located in Lehigh Acres, Florida. Accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, Lehigh Regional Medical Center serves a five-county area.

The active medical staff at Lehigh Regional Medical Center consists of 50 physicians. Our primary care physicians are trained in internal medicine, emergency medicine, family practice and general practice. In addition, the following medical specialties are represented on staff: anesthesiology and pain management, cardiology, gastroenterology, gynecology, neurology, orthopedics, otolaryngology, pathology, plastic and reconstructive surgery, podiatry, pulmonology, radiology and urology.

Surgeons on staff at Lehigh Regional Medical Center include physicians trained in general surgery, orthopedic surgery, plastic surgery and reconstructive surgery. The Surgical Services Department houses three operating rooms, and a recently expanded endoscopy suite.

The Joint Academy offers a unique joint replacement program that focuses on education and rehabilitation in a group environment.

The Emergency Department at Lehigh Regional Medical Center features eight state-of-the-art treatment bays, all equipped for bedside registration. A board-certified emergency physician staffs the emergency department 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In addition, Fast Track services are available for non-emergency "doctor-office" type care.

The ER team ensures that patients in our Emergency Department will be seen and evaluated by a nurse immediately upon arrival before any registration paperwork is done.

Lehigh Regional Medical Centers’ rehabilitation department, Lehigh Regional Sports & Rehab (LSR), offers physical therapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy, rehabilitation, and sports medicine on both an inpatient and outpatient basis.

The Wound Care Center, with state-of-the-art Hyperbaric Chambers, provides a comprehensive course of therapy to assist in the healing of problem wounds.
