Integrity Living Options is a small organization, established in 2002, serving clients with TBI, MS, MI, and other related physical disabilities in a corporate foster care setting.  We serve individuals in both Ramsey and Anoka County. Integrity Living Options employs over 150 employees and we pride ourselves in responsive and respectful services to both those that we serve and those that we employ.

Integrity Living Options also provides communtiy based services to individuals living in their homes and assists with behavior intervention strategies and plans, as well as independent living skills services. We serve over 200 clients thorughout the metro area with varying diagnoses.
