This is a Local 49 Operating Engineer Union position. This position will operate a variety of grading and dirt work equipment including loader, dozer, blade, excavator, and compactor.

Since this is a seasonal position, you can use your winters off to travel, hunt, fish, or other activities you enjoy while your benefits continue year-round.
Minimum Qualifications:
A successful Knife River Grading/Pipe Crew Operator will have:
• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent critical thinking skills
• A valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Knowledge and/or experience with earth moving equipment
• 3+ Years dirt, pipe, street work or similar experience strongly preferred but not required

This position requires travel and stay through Northwestern Minnesota and North Dakota. Per diem available where qualified.
