ENERGY SYSTEMS GROUP® is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Federal team. This position is remote. Regular travel (approximately 25-50%), including overnight stays dependent on project(s) location is required.
The Senior Project Manager has direct responsibility for all of the outcomes in an ESG project lifecycle. The Senior Project Manager will provide leadership to ensure safe operations and installation of quality work, with high levels of client satisfaction and financial success. Specifically, the Senior Project Manager will develop and implement the proper schedule, project budget, and direct the overall execution of the project plan. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager is the primary interface with our clients and is directly responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with our clients. This role will work primarily in the Appropriated Military Construction market.
