Your Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and interview top talent to support ongoing team growth across engineering and data analytics.

• Partner with hiring managers to define quarterly hiring goals, sourcing strategy, and KPIs

• Manage candidates throughout our pipeline and move candidates through interview stages diligently and quickly

• Make observations and recommendations about our current recruitment and onboarding processes to continue improving efficiency and our overall candidate experience
