Hiring for 3rd shift (11pm-7am)

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited to:

  • Complete production process; follow standard operation procedures.
  • Utilize measurement tools (Calipers, OGP, Micrometer Etc.).
  • Follow all work instructions such as JSA, and SWC Visual defect guide.
  • Read basic prints and packaging.
  • Maintain proper 5's and housekeeping.
  • Implement proper inventory control and Scrap Without Compromise use.
  • You will be expected to tumble parts, wrap, packaging all parts.
  • You will cut, weld, and perform installation of spring and O-rings.
  • Stamped etch spring.
  • Notch parts on tabletop notching machine or manual lathe.


Machining Professionals with prior experience working with Manual Lathes, Plastics Production, Machine Coding, Tool Off-Setting, knowledgeable of 5S and Lean manufacturing, experience reading Blue Prints, utilizing Micrometers, Calipers, Precision Dial Gauges, and other tools are encouraged to apply!

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of safety standards.
  • Must be proficient in English for safe and efficient performance of job.
  • Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed.
  • Regular and predictable on-site attendance.
  • Must be able to move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue.
  • Constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina.
  • May be required to wear PPE such as: Face Mask, Face Shield, Gloves, etc.

Desired Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Basic knowledge of safety standards.
