Job Description
Basic Qualifications

Join our Agile Development team and design mission critical weapon control systems for those who lead, protect, and serve the world we live in, so they can focus on their mission: Making the world a safer place.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5 years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required within a reasonable period of time. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities for this Position ROLE

As a Systems Test Engineer working on our Agile Development team, you will be responsible for detailed technical, risk, and requirements analyses, testing software and tools, and the design and development of new technologies or enhancement of existing products.

The ideal candidate is familiar with agile development, has system test experience on complex US Navy hardware/software platforms, and is proficient in IBM DOORs and RQM. However, we are willing to train the right candidate.

  • Experience troubleshooting electrical and software systems
  • Experience writing and reviewing system test procedures

Target salary range: USD $102,500.00/Yr. - USD $113,700.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary.
