Responsibilities Include But are Not Limited to:

• Assemble and Test models in proper sequence.
• Follow blueprints, drawings, schematics, and work instructions both oral and written in a safe and efficient manner.
• Utilize knowledge of Lincoln's sub-assemblies as well as manual, pneumatic and electrically operated equipment, tools, and fixtures.
• Ensure quality operations.
• Diagnose and correct malfunction in models.
• Report any discrepancies or unusual difficulties to the Department Leader or Supervisor and suggest improvements where possible.
• While in the manufacturing environment you may be subject to lifting, bending, twisting, oil, and other normal factory shop conditions.

• Ability to read and use assembly parts blueprints, drawings, schematics, work instructions, bills of material, and inspection equipment.
• Perform transactions for own work as required.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, twist, and stand as required by job duties.

• Ability to follow blueprints, drawings, schematics, and work instructions both oral and written.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of Lincoln's sub-assemblies.
• Experience using manual, pneumatic and electrically operated equipment, tools, and fixtures.
• Take pride in your work, keep area clean and orderly.
