Overview
Part-time or full-time, unpaid internship in our primary care health center for a student who has completed or is enrolled in a clinical medical assistant program. Chestnut Family Health Center is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

We provide fully integrated care for all of our patients by combining behavioral health care services with our community-based primary care health centers. Responsibilities
Duties to include administering and evaluating medical tests, taking and documenting vital signs, preparing and assisting with medical examinations, providing support services for staff as appropriate, and other duties as assigned.
Opportunity for hands-on experience and exposure to a medical setting, including but not limited to laboratory, primary care services, psychiatry services, registration, document management, care coordination, and more.
