About the RoleResponsible for supporting stores through new store openings, remodels, and closing of stores.The Store Ops intern will be engaged in the following areas * New Store Opening Support * Internal Service Ticket Support Management* Troubleshooting* DocumentationThe Intern will learn the practical application of* Maintain construction tasks* Follow up on store maintenance calls * Maintain information with internal systems* Produce and coordinate store opening documentation * Attend Construction and Store Operation planning meetings* Work on special projects as assigned by Field Support Team Benefits Include* 40 hours per week for College Credit if allowed by applicants College/University * Evaluation of your performance by an assigned Mentor* Exposure to various departments within Claire's including Store Operations, Construction, Store Planning and Design, Marketing, Logistics, and Real Estate About You * Strong communication, organization, analytical and problem solving skills* Sophomore level or above at an accredited college or university* Prior retail experience preferred* Possess an interest in a career in Business* Demonstrate collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team setting* Completed at least 2 years of a 4-year college degree* 3.0 GPA
