Job Duties:
- Liaison between customer or sales representative and product specialists to assist in the design of a product.
- Provide to customer quote, complete with product specifications, lead/delivery time when requested.
- Coordinate with production and purchasing to expedite the timely processing of jobs in accordance with customer requirements and company standards.
- Follow tactical service routines, best practices processes, and procedures on all administrative and operational activities within the company.
- Assist in special projects and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of High School Diploma
- Ability to work on many different tasks simultaneously with frequent interruptions with attention to time-sensitive deadlines
- Driven, Empathetic, decisive, diplomatic, with sound judgment and attention to DETAIL
- Team player
- Fluency in English. Other languages considered an asset.
