As part of Manufacturing, you'll use your skills, our systems and a wide array of raw materials to help create the delicious finished products our consumers love. While taking ownership in your area of work, you'll also ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues while producing our top-quality products reliably and efficiently within our integrated supply chain.

Mondelz International Operations assignments are designed for individuals pursuing careers in Engineering and Manufacturing Production/ Operations Management. Our internship assignments focus on practical, value added projects, and related experiences that teach how operations production drives value throughout the organization. This includes:

• Providing leadership and guidance to employees while optimizing production
• Meeting production schedules in order to achieve business goals
• Communicating effectively with managers, supervisors and employees
• Leading multi-functional project teams of technical and operations functions

Successful individuals will ideally be pursuing a BS in Chemical Engineering, Operations Management,

Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering. Individuals will possess the ability to build and develop strong cross functional relationships in a fast paced manufacturing plant. A demonstrated drive for results, ability to set and deliver upon indicated priorities and customer focus is critical to success
